During my interview for the System Engineer role at Checkmk, the experience was unfortunately not very positive. The interview was conducted by recruiter. Even after answering the standard HR questions, I felt the discussion lacked clear direction and proper follow-up. The interviewer did not maintain much eye contact and appeared distracted during the session, often looking elsewhere instead of focusing on the candidate. Overall, the process felt unstructured and left me with the impression that the interviewer was not fully engaged or prepared.
