Virtual interview with the hiring manager, followed by 4 back to back in person interviews with various stakeholders. There didn't seem to be a real structure to the interviews. It felt like the same few skills were being assessed and I felt like a broken record having a lot of the same conversation across multiple interviews. For this type of role, I would have expected a case study exercise or similar to show application of skills and critical thinking but this didn't feature. Meeting with the C-suite stakeholder, from the time they gave it focus, they were more interested in knowing the business model for the companies I'd worked at previously than in assessing how I could partner with and support them. The recruiter assured me whatever the outcome I would hear from them and receive feedback. 3 weeks on and I've heard nothing, poor experience.
