The process started with the online application. It took 2-3 weeks to get a response from a person. The initial call was mostly about my current situation, why am I looking for a new job, analysing how my experience aligns with the job requirements, but also about my long-term goals. In the next couple of days, I got positive feedback and I was invited for a face to face interview, with my future manager and lead colleague, which took place the following week. My immediate feeling after the interview was positive. During the interview I felt challenged. but, I also really appreciated the way that Javier and Dan made me feel relaxed and excited with their sense of humour and then triggered more in-depth answers. 2 days later I received positive feedback in the morning with a following email including an offer :)
