I came in and talked the AGM. He had me take a short test which was simple math and comprehension questions. Then immediately after, I got to talk to the owner who who extremely friendly amd a jokester. He asked a few questions then hired me on the spot. It was easy and comfortable because everyone was so nice.

They discribed to me what they wanted in an employee and asked if I was that person.
