I submitted a cover letter and resume via email after the ICT lead tweeted about the job opportunity. We had a "group interview" where they asked very basic technical questions. It was an online call with a group of 4 other applicants. I felt like the interviewer was rooting for everyone. The in person panel interview was nice. They asked me somewhat easy questions. They didn't have an option to work remotely though.
