I walked into a store with my resume on hand and asked if they were hiring and to speak to the store manager. The next day I received a call to come back for an interview. I dressed formally, white shirt and black pants. The interview was an easy one on one with the store manager, lasted about 20 minutes with approximately 10 questions about my career history, goals and skills. These were straight forward and straight to the point.

It was more of like an informal chat. Pretty easy, just checking the ids initially then ask job related questions then some personal questions which might affect the availability and notice period.
