Met at career fair which led to an interview. I talked to the employer at the career fair for a while and I was there in the last 30 minutes of the event so I think they had an extra slot for interviews. The interview was good however I was not very qualified for the position so it did not feel very serious to me.
it start with phone screening and the with manager a video call interview, if passed then an onsite interview. It went smooth in first two rounds on site had four 1-1 meeting

The process started the night before with dinner with the hiring manager and of the senior staff members. The next day consisted of several individual interviews with members of the engineering staff and Human Resources managers.
The process included a plant tour where they showed an overview of the plant and the processes, lunch with staff members and hiring managers.
