A basic screening process first, and then a personal zoom call with a manager and one or two engineers. I was mostly asked about my work ethic and qualifications, as well as what I was interested in.
Non-technical questions that involved resume review and examples of teamwork and leadership experience. It was a mote conversational experience than formal interview. Know about what the company does and their values
