Very disorganized hiring process. Job description in flux, roles opening and being put on hold regularly, that whole division is unsettled. Perhaps don't interview candidates until the organization knows what they want?!? Just an idea.

The process consisted of 2 rounds one with the director and the other with current leads of different analytics department. Interview was super easy, mostly behavioral no real technical questions.
