The interview for the collections position was thorough and very performance driven. From the start it was clear they were looking for top performers. The interviewers were professional and straight forward but emphasized that they wanted people who can produce high numbers and maintain strong metrics. Overall, the process was organized, direct, and clearly designed to identify candidates who have a proven track record and can excel in a results driven environment.

This interview put a bad taste in my mouth and put me off of wanting to work with Cherry. Interviewer asked weird questions such as "how many emails I can send in a day" and "do I text customers." Also asked me to rank myself against coworkers, and how many people at my job have my title. I work for a large company; these questions do not apply to my current job role. Seems like this place is all about numbers, numbers, numbers, and not the quality of work a person does.
