Call: opened with “tell me about yourself.” After a conversation about my background and what interested me in education + Cheshire, the interviewer quickly pitched the school. They then followed up with an opportunity to ask questions. As my call went well, I was invited for a day long campus visit with multiple interviews (head of dept, head of school, head of athletics, etc).
