Applied online - the online process had you submit a resume as well as answer some preliminary questions. Then had 2 video interviews - one with a recruitment person and one with the supervisor of this position (in Marketing and International) The interview process was great! They both asked me questions about my experience as well as questions about what I was looking for in my next role. They also were very communicative about everything along the way. Ultimately there was someone with more specific content experience who got the job but I would apply to another one! The only confusing part was the automatic emails to schedule the interviews. One had the recruitment person's name listed and the other had noone listed - so I originally thought it was a duplicate email. I did not realize it was for a separate interview.
