I had a very disappointing experience with Chetu’s interview process. Before my second interview, I was unexpectedly asked to send a picture of myself, which I found unusual but complied with. During the Zoom interview, the person conducting it did not introduce herself or share her name. There were also other people connected by phone, listening but not participating, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. The interview lasted barely 10 minutes, and the interviewer abruptly ended the call, saying she would schedule an in-person interview. While I was expressing my thanks, she had already disconnected. Overall, the process felt rushed, lacking courtesy, and unprofessional.
