I had only one interview with two managers for their hotel in Paris and they were very attentive and nice. It was a pleasure to talk to them as they are excellent listeners. Before the interview I tested their employees at the front desk and I was impressed by their skills to make me feel welcome and comfortable there although I was not their client. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to prepare well for the interview, I was nervous about that and I didn’t know enough about their hotel. It is not a surprise I wasn’t invited for the second interview. Too bad. It seemed it would have been a pleasure to work for/with them. Real professionals who care about being sincere, humble and human. Pretty rare nowadays.
