Initial Phone Interview - HR was on time. Basic questions like why do you want to work for Chevron. If the HR likes you, then you get endorsed to a second interview.
Second Interview - It was a panel interview. Very easy questions like stuff about your experience, what skills can you apply, etc.
I didn't get an offer but the HR was decent enough to tell me so.

First it was a telephone interview and next if you passed the initial interview you will be schedule for a face to face interview with the hiring manager they will immediately send a feedback if you passed the initial interview or not. I had my second and final interview with the manager.
