CV followed by request for online psycho test. Assessment center (half day) with group activities and presentation, behavioral, numerical/verbal skills test, case study plus individual interview. Contract was offered verbally but full receipt of contract took a while as the manager was away on leave so I had to followup.
I received multiple behavioral based questions. Interviewee should Read about the chevron behaviors and target those. Found in Chevron Way site. Recruiters are friendly with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
