very direct and brief, it took a short time. It was a step process. phone screen from recruiter then in person with Chevron manager. The questions were direct and did not last too long. I was comfortable and knew the material

The interview was a phone interview. It was a fairly detailed interview asking relevant questions for previous experience and skill sets. The actual interview was with a 3rd party consulting firm.
