An employee referral shared my resume with the team. I was asked to apply online and within a week a HR rep contacted me requesting a phone screening. The screening was brief. We discussed my skills and background before the recruiter shared details about Chevron benefits. Two weeks later, I received an email to come in for a face-to-face panel interview. There were three people in the room and one on Skype from the headquarters in California. The interview was a lot of situational questions that lasted 90 min(s).
