I was interviewed by a panel of four. They where quite friendly and would make you relax. They asked me a couple of questions like tell me about yourself, what are your long term and short term goals, share an experience where your insisted on safety or display a good safety habit, share an experience where you displayed team work.

Standard STAR method round table, Research STAR method and have your scenarios memorized. There were several members on the panel from operations to maintenance. The interview lasted about 45 minutes.
