Very straightforward. Strong Emphasis on behaivoral questions, only a few technical questions. They explicitly tell you to use the STAR method when answering questions. The recruitors were friendly and very open about their experience at Chevron.

They started with behavioral questions that needed to be answered in the STAR format. It included questions relevant to resume as well as some technical questions from things you worked on in your resume.
One leetcode easy/medium question. Mine was on recursion.

Phone call into screening into verbal interview behavioral for around 30 minutes. These all took place on separate occasions. The verbal interview was behavioral and no coding questions were asked
