Incredibly Unprofessional recruiter experiences it baffles me that their “senior” recruiters behave in this manner. The recruiter was beyond casual- communicating through text message can be fine, but letting me know that she "sometimes can't find things" when it came to me asking for the appropriate job description (the incorrect wrong was posted on multiple sources) and the fact that she "gets distracted so she appreciates the reminders" (these are all direct quotes from a senior recruiter mind you). The level of unprofessionalism was astounding and due to her constantly dropping the ball, my chance at employment was eliminated. When I questioned how my first round interview went she apologized for the delay and asks for my address to send me “something”. I received a card in the mail but never any follow up after. Abysmal recruiting - hire better talent.
