Met the company during career and handed my resume. They did not have any open positions at the time but kept my resume. Found an open internship position in the first week of Feb and completed the online application. Received an email last week of Feb saying the position had been closed and they had selected another candidate. Then out of nowhere received a call in the last week of March from HR asking for a time for a phone interview. After the initial phone screen was scheduled for a video interview using Cisco spark with 2 Director level employees. With the first interviewer, the video did not work so had to have a phone conversation instead. Mostly technical supply chain related question. For the second interview, Video did work and had a very general chat about why I was interested in the company, supply chain, and my personal interests.
