Extremely unprofessional.
I had a very enthusiastic screen interview with the recruiter. The next day she emailed and asked if I could chat with the hiring manager that or the following day. I gave my availability, and I heard no follow up or confirmation. I politely followed up 2-3 times, finally asking a week later if this was still a "warm lead" for me. Still no answer.
Two weeks later and completely ghosted.

The recruiter calls and talks with you for about 15 minutes. Next there are 4, 45 minute interviews (most in the same day). 1 with the GM, 1 with the Senior Ops Manager, 1 with an Ops Manger, and 1 with HR. If not selected, you will receive an email stating you are not selected to move forward.
