After passing the test, you will receive a phone call or text from the interviewer, scheduling the day and time. The process seems very casual and relaxed, like the job. A few customer service scenarios are asked, that are pretty easy. Chewy truly believes in customer satisfaction, so as long as your answers are along the line of great customer satisfaction, you will definitely get the job.

The hiring associate changed the date of my interview without telling me, I took time off of work to do this interview and their response was lackluster. I did not continue with the interview for lack of professionalism.
