Interview wasn't more than 20 minutes. Manager was nice. She seemed like she would work around my schedule and genuinely cared about me. I believe this was more a culture interview. She talked about teamwork, hospitality and that part of my job would be cleaning the aquatics center and interacting with guests/members. She offered me the job on the spot pending a reference check. HR was a little difficult to get ahold of during the hiring process but that had nothing to do with the interview.
