I filled out an online application and was emailed several days later for an interview. I set up the interview for the next day. It was definitely what you would call a "culture interview." They asked for references during the interview. I heard from my references over the next couple days that they had been contacted. I then had a second interview with the director of HR. I was asked to do a background check and was offered the job by phone the next day.
