The interviewers made me comfortable, but still waiting to hear back. I think I was qualified but you never know. It sounded like I should hear back about next steps, and drug test.

Interview process is fairly easy. Asked simple common sense questions about experience with manual labor. They throw in some specific questions about different types of equipment just to see where you are at with manual labor but it doesn't really matter. Applied online in the winter time received interview in early spring and then started in late spring
