First, I applied for the project manager role online after in 2-3 days, I got a call from the TA for screening (10-15 min). Then after internal discussion, I was invited for a 1h interview with the hiring manager.

Phone interview with hiring HR Manager. Meaningless questions and very short talk. The HR Manager highlighted several times that it is a Junior position. I am not a junior anymore, so it wasn't a good fit. However, you could have seen that before on my resume. I'm pretty sure this hint was made due to the salary that they have in mind. Otherwise convential an rather boring questions, such as "What do you bring that other candidates don't?" "Why have you applied for this job?" etc.
