I was first screen by a recruiter, I honestly didn’t think I was going to ask to be interviewed in person. She gave me ghosting vibes. I then went to an interview in person. I answered all the questions they asked and gave 25 years of experience and I am well educated with a MS in HR management. I teach HR to UCLA students. Only to receive and vague answers mail from generated platform saying they moved on they more qualified candidates. The joke is the just reposted the position. I honestly do not think they know what they want. This job has been on and off for more than 2 years. I can’t imagine the mess that it will be to fix what they haven’t done.
