Unfortunately, this company disappointed me. I went through 4 rounds of interviews, including a one on one with the CEO, only to be completely ghosted. I understand possibly not being able to get back to everyone after the first round, but completely ghosting someone after they dedicated the time to 4 rounds of interviews is completely disrespectful to candidates. They said they will get back to me asap, and I sent a thank you email the next day. Then, after a week had passed with no communication, they reposted the role, so I sent an email to all of the team members I interviewed with thanking them for their time and asking for any feedback. Again, no response from anyone at all. (Yet they were very quick to respond during the process?) A red flag was that this role has been reposted on and off for the last 6 months, but I ignored that. It’s obvious they don’t value candidates who are interested in working for them, and thats unfortunate. It looks like I dodged a bullet!
