First, I was phone screened. Then, I received an email for a face to face interview. It was a behavioral style interview with panel of Directors. They had various questions about analytics, issues, and financial tools.

Called to come in for interview. Told there were several positions that they were trying to fill. Overview of the organization and position. Met with current analyst. Walked through several building projects. No indication of true job responsibilities in the online job description.
