The interview was cancelled at the last minute when I was already logged in and had to be rescheduled for a few days after which shows disorganization. Once I did have the interview, it felt like a battle ground, with very little time to answer questions and alot of unstructured questions thrown out every 2 minutes that are aimed at throwing someone off kilter-very odd for a technical skills interview. I think there is massive room for improvement on their part and better consideration for candidates

Swift and seamlessly managed. Good expectation setting. Clear visibility on the next steps. Prompt with answering any questions during the interview process. Interviews entailed assessment of knowledge and skills but facilitative at the same time.
