I had interviews with HR and the hiring manager. HR went well, basic behavioral questions. The hiring manager... I can tell that he doesn't want to conduct the interview with me at all.
He was unprepared. After hi/hello to each other, the first question he asked was: do you have any questions for me? OK... could you please tell me more about this role and the qualified candidate that you are looking for? I need someone who can do the job as required on the JD. That's it! That's it! One sentence.
