I was approached by the company and they were answering me back once a week, process was slow. After I finished the tech assignment. I got no feedback or answer at all. There might be better candidates than me, but not replying is a very poor thing to do after spending someone's time. I sent them 2 more emails asking for positive or negative feedback but heard nothing.
