First pass the national government officer exam, then they will arrange the structured interviews. They have 4~5 interviewers and ask questions one by one. Mostly they will ask what do you like and what do you do in the past to understand you more. They also will ask you which attracts you most to apply for the positions. If they want to hire you in the end, they will call you to get body check. Finally, they offer you a training.
