The interview process is friendly, and no challenge technical problems were asked. Just generally talked about job's duty, your past experiences and your personality. Salary is about $70 per hours, 2 days a week. But I don't know why I didn't get an offer.

Group Discussion as the first round and Individual Interview as the second round. The first round is something about project management in a team, I feel they pretty emphasis on the team dynamic as a core element. There is also a team investment/ marketing game during the group interview. It doesn't matter who is winning; it matters the role that you are in the team, how you interact with others.
