Applied online and was promptly scheduled for an interview by the AI recruiter. I showed up for the interview but the manager didn’t. The cashier said to come back in 2 days. I called the store the day of the next interview to verify a manager would be there to interview me but I was hung up on. Complete waste of time.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
