I went to a Chipotle jobs fair that I heard about after I applied online by email. I was interviewed in a group of three people by a general manager. The interview was quick and everyone got a chance to speak.

very easy, two interviews, one over phone and in-person, less than 30 minutes and talked with store manager and some of the crew, got a tour of the back kitchen ask about weekends and experience

Casual interview, sat at a table with manager. Asked basic questions about yourself, and your ability to work with others. Discussed food handling safety. Mostly focused on why I wanted to work there vs. other places and how long I planned to stay.
