I met with the General Manager of the store for the first interview. We had a good interview and he explained to me how Chipotle likes to move their current employees up to management rather than hire outside managers. He then referred me to the District Manager. I interviewed with the District Manager and he offered me a management in training position.

Simple enough, thorough and friendly. Seemed like a great team that got along well and still got the job done. Pretty standard when it comes to restaurant operations interviews in my opinion.

Mostly about experience and how I would handle situations.
Straightforward. It was a casual setting and the interviewing person seemed considerate and not rushed for time. I was not nervous. I heard back relatively quickly about the offer. I was able to ask many questions at the time of the interview.
