Applied and got an email about a week later for an interview. I didn't have a group interview, a service manager and two other crew members came and asked me some simple interview questions. Was told I would get an email later in the week telling me if I got another interview or not. About 4 days later I got another interview for the next week, this time with the GM. She asked me about Chipotle and what they stand for, good thing I did my research beforehand. She told me I was hired after the interview and I started a little over a week later.

very easy, two interviews, one over phone and in-person, less than 30 minutes and talked with store manager and some of the crew, got a tour of the back kitchen ask about weekends and experience

Casual interview, sat at a table with manager. Asked basic questions about yourself, and your ability to work with others. Discussed food handling safety. Mostly focused on why I wanted to work there vs. other places and how long I planned to stay.
