I actually had two interviews at two different locations. I applied to both locations onlne at the same time. One location called me the vey next day to set up a job interview. The other location called me within a week. My interview at the first chipotle was very fast and easy. It took around 5 mins and she asked common interview questions such as "Why do you want to work here?". After the interview, she hired me on the spot. Although, I got a call from the second location which is originally the one I wanted to work at. I set up the interview and this time, it was a longer and harder process. There were many people who wanted to work at this location so I had my first interview with the store manager. This interview was much longer than the other interview I had. He told me I'd get a call back within 24 hours for a second interview if I was chosen out of the rest of the people. I actually got a call back 2 days later and was scheduled for the second interview, which was a group interview. The group interview had a different vibe and was less serious. They pretty much ask the same questions as the first interview. After they were done asking questions, they took me to the back with the crew and told me to talk to the people and ask questions. I was told that the crew has to "vote" for you to work there out of the other people who got called for a second interview. After meeting everyone, one of the managers told me I can go have a seat and wait till someone comes out to talk to me. Another manager came out, asked me what my availabilty was, and hired me right away.

The manager asked a couple of behavioral questions in person. There was an emphasis on whether I have experience working in a collaborative environment, asking about previous working habit and relationship with my coworkers.
