It was a group interview, with two groups of about seven people. Fortunately in my group, two people were eliminated because they wouldn't be able to stay more than six months, and another was eliminated because he wasn't old enough to work in an establishment that served alcohol. The questions mostly went over their list of company values of "Food with Integrity." Also, it turns out they were hiring for several locations. After the interview, I was told I'd be contacted about whether or not I would be moving on to the next interview--I never received a call.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
