It was me and two other people at the interview. The managers name was Amanda. She did a group interview with us and asked first question was "Tell Me About Yourself" the other question was "What Do You Know About Chipotle?" Just make sure prior to your interview you read about their history and what Chipotle has to offer. I know for sure they are big on "Customer Service" which is their #1 priority here. You also have to have that "IT PERSONALITY" to work here because Chipotle only hires the best people to work with. So word of advice: Do you research on chipotle and be open to answer unexpected questions. Good Luck!

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
