Colloquio
I applied online and received an e-mail the next day to come in for an interview. It was a little group interview. They split the 6 of us into 2 groups. Was interviewed by the hiring manager, and two other employees. Questions were very simple, and they were easy to talk to. They asked questions like why we wanted to work there, why should they hire us, etc.

Colloquio
Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had

Colloquio
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day

Colloquio
I scheduled an interview, but when I arrived the first time the manager was not there, so I had to reschedule. At the second interview, I waited about 10–15 minutes before the manager was ready. The interview itself was short, around 10 minutes, and mostly consisted of behavioral questions read from a sheet. Overall, the process felt disorganized and not very personal, but the questions were straightforward.
