The interview process is different than any place your going to interview for. They don't like it when you brag about yourself and your accomplishment just be yourself. So go into the interview as if you were talking with your best friend they love people who are outgoing and being themselves.

I was able to interview at a new store and happen to have all the top managers around. Therefore my questions were valid and raised there interest in me. My favorite question is “ What is your biggest concern with your store?” Gives you a clear path of opportunity to fill that void.
