After applying online you will receive an email specifying that the manager wants to meet with you or does not want to meet with you. At that time you will come in have one interview with an apprentice (assistant GM), Service Manager or Kitchen Manager followed by an interview with the GM and lastly a "crew interview" where you meet the crew. Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
