One person sits down with you and interviews you. Then that person leaves and another comes to sit down asking you questions he wants to know. That person leaves and another person comes and talks to you and then all the managers come sit down to talk to you. They make it a group decision to talk to the future employee, its a little different then other companies.

Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
