They have you 2 interviews. You meet with the first shift and the second shift...they explain the long hours your gonna be working. Ask about your availibity, and if your willing to wake up very early in the morning to chop and prepare stuff. They also asked about what you can bring to chipotle. Also what you plan to gain from them.
I applied online and was brought in for an interview. The interview questions were fairly easy. The woman interviewing me was in a very bad mood. It felt like she was rushing through the interview.

Went inside and sat at one of the tables and the manager interviewed me. He was very welcoming and seemed like a really nice person. Overall a very casual, laid back interview.
