Manager was late for interview, when she asked me if it was long or short term and I said long term at least for a year and a half until I graduate she told me only 3 minors could be hired and she already had 3 after getting halfway through the interview.

Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
