I was referred by a friend, and then directed by the recruiter to apply on the website; I was then contacted again by recruiter the same week to schedule an interview on the following week. Interview consisted of discussion of experience per the resume, and was relatively informal. Offer followed a few days later, and matched what I had asked for.
